I came to the conclusion that Lowe’s doesn’t know their workforce at all. If it wasn't so, they would appreciate their good workers more, but no, it happens that the worse ones do better here than good ones.
What has become the most important here is self-admiration and flattery to the managers as well. The more slick you are and the better you can present yourself and better you will pass, because here one's presentation is valued more than hard work.

Is there any corporate "leadership" that knows and appreciates its employees who do all the work? Never forget that in a corporation, those who count the money are more esteemed than those who make the money.
