I finally got around to watching this and couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry. It reminded me a lot of an SNL skit. Part of me felt bad for the Indian employees, the rest of me felt bad for Allstate, its employees and customers.
So are these "the browns" that Tommy Wilson was talking about he slurred out "the blacks and the browns" so easily in his drunken stupor from the infamous long since deleted spring 2020 town hall?

Lovely. That is so nice and heart warming. All the smiles, the ping pong, the fashion shows, workplace concerts, even saw a little bit of group CI going on there. They all look so happy and energized. Being treated so much better than us American employees. I guess when you as American millionaires only have to pay $5 an hour and no benefits for prime positions you can pump all the happiness and morale that you can. Got to keep the bodies rolling in for all the new positions.
Is the "new" area with the ceiling tiles all not yet installed the new claims area that they had to open up as soon as possible? I honestly think I see a framed adjusters license on a desk flash by.
I ask you the Allstate employee and customer...are you in good hands? What? No? Well they sure seem to be in Pune by the looks of all the smiling and dancing.
