People are too stressed about what will happen to Belk and what the consequences of poor management will be. To some extent I understand, because it is really a great pity how bad decisions have ruined this company.
Still, it’s a pure waste of energy, because Belk hasn’t been a company that deserves any loyalty for a long time. This is a company that takes more than it gives.
We should never forget that we can do without Belk but Belk can’t do without us.

I could care less.
It’s unfortunate that the leaders won’t be held accountable. Fat salaries and fat bonuses will float them for years.
