Are the Department Managers that left the company at the end of January still eligible for the 4th quarter my share bonus?

I believe you had to stay until the end of the fiscal year, which is January 31st. It'll be interesting what happens because sadly, I think everyone left on the 29th. So unless they used PTO time and had their last actual day keyed in for the 31st they may miss the bonus.
If they were active on their last scheduled day, why would they not receive the my share bonus?
