Somehow it seems to me that the layoffs have awakened people to look for better options for themselves. Even before the pandemic, there were many problems and I admit, I came to work completely dissatisfied, but back then I did not feel like changing anything. That’s why I think the layoffs brought short-term worry and stress, but they opened up a new world of opportunities for people in the long run.

Tldr? 😂 If 3 long sentences are too much to read, I don't see you being passionate about anything. Ironic that your response was actually longer. Sorry, I'm not hating on you, just couldn't help myself. At least you are being honest about it.
Go to Barnes & Noble, the stress is the worst and 2 people have had strokes and it seems every couple of months someone walks out.
Nah I'm too comfortable don't get me wrong I know I need to leave because macys is starting to effect my mental health I don't like working here but on the other hand I've realized in general working retail s—s and I'd rather just push through my shifts and get paid above min wage than suffer through somewhere else for less
