Curious...has anyone logged into workday and seen this enormous raise reflected in the compensation change history yet?
Anything under the standard 2% nationwide raise is a flag they don’t want you. Easier and less messy than the “counciling” out, endless “write-ups”, HR discussions, and general making your life here undesirable so you’ll want to quit. Seen it, lived it, did it..
I would think most are.
It's for "eligible" associates. Let's see who they think is "eligible " for a 2% raise
So if you're on a loa because of health reasons and worked here for 13 tears and have'nt had a raise in like 10 years you miss out on this big raise 🤣
You’ll “see” the effective change? Lol, at 2%, I won’t see a damn thing 😂😂
OMG! If this doesn't say "let them eat cake" nothing does !!!@
yes, effective Sunday 3/21. you’ll see the effective change first pay period in April I believe. All associates and management hired before 11/1/20 and no LOA 6 month duration (?).
