So since they released they were giving some a raise what will be the bad news

Less people are going to be able to get a bonus because they consider part of your raise your bonus.
They may slash bonuses - but I doubt they will be going away all at once anyways . SM get insane bonus payouts - I can see them slashing the % some in the near future. Maybe for store leads too.
doing away with bonuses, and I am sure there will be positions going away. Guessing DM ACC, Claims, DSD, ASM ACC, ASMAP, and PL
Not everyone will be getting a raise and the bad news is the new scheduling system that they will be doing. Sounds like if you don’t agree to what they give you they will make you part time. Also I’m sure along with the raises there will be increased responsibility and more workload bestowed upon employees.
