A lot of people are not happy at MS and I can understand why to an extent, but I consider myself to be very lucky to have a job here despite it all. Have you looked at other banks on this forum? Our issues pale in comparison to what some of them are putting their employees through. That made me realize I'm not going anywhere from here unless they make me (lay me off.) I don't know if there are any better jobs out there right now, but I certainly know there're worse.

Morgan Stanley is going down. I wouldn’t want to work there. They will be the first to collapse.
Yip you need bachelors but you aren't missing anything. The benefits aren't that great and the pay and bonus are below industry.
Try other banks as they will accept you and your background
I have tried to get into this company numerous times and they won't give me the time of day. Do you need abl bachelors degree? I have an Associate's and that doesn't seem to be good enough.
I gotta disagree as you are comparing us to wells a traditional bank and bny which is an asset servicer. We need to be compared to sachs and sorry but we are behind compared to them in pay

So far MS is proving to be pretty good compared with many other banks in NYC. Wells Fargo and BNY are laying off and giving close to nothing in bonuses and raises. MS at least paid decent bonuses this year.
