This company is not about the Shareholders, and it's not about all of the employees either. It's just about the top 5% on the 15th floor. All of for one, and one for themselves.
Oh, how cute you are. Don't exhale just yet, the layoffs are definitely coming, just as soon as the suits pay each other their bonuses. Death, taxes, and layoffs at Mattel are life's inevitabilities.
It feels sooo good. Oh yeah.
It's been more than 4 years since AG had a good year. I left nearly 2.5 years ago but still have many contacts in Middleton. 2013 or 2014 was the last "good year." There have been regular layoffs since.
AG is thinking about them. Even though things were good for the first time in four years, I don't trust anyone.
I wouldn't get too comfortable if I was you...
