Vacation at 129hrs, personal 27hrs and holiday 73hrs. This seems high to me. Anyone else experiencing this?

127 hours of vacation time = 3 weeks
we were given 2 extra personal days for the "gift of time" that they talked about at christmas time. Nothing shady going on....enjoy your earned PTO!
It's hard to know what to believe anymore, at least here. So many things were said to be coming that haven't come to pass. The store closings should not be a surprise - in August, they said they were closing 200 stores, and the September list was only 63, so there will be more.
It’s great watching this company fall. They had it made when Linens N Things went under. Store is nothing but as seen on tv c-ap and keurig now.
Like they’ll tell you
Why don't you talk to your dm or sm instead of posting stuff on here that's not true. Maybe it is at your store but not everywhere. Stop trying to scare people.
Is this all store every where on a Saturday?
I understand how big corporations run. Get rid of anyone that costs them money. To do this layoff the 27th and tell people their insurance stops that day is horrible. Mr CEO do the right thing
Does this FT layoff include ASM?
Feb 27 will be last day for full time associate...from a reliable HR source.
It’s so funny that managers are so busy trying to hide this layoff. Everyone in a lot of stores know about it even part timers are talking. It’s a shame people have to go to work everyday with the stress of trying to stay safe during this pandemic and worrying if today is your last day. Shame on BBB. I know someone will respond with if you don’t like it leave. You’d be a fool and walk away with nothing
Happened prior to the big layoff last February too...beware...
Facebook is a cesspool. Look at the Google reviews for your store. If they are like my store, they will be a lot better.
I asked my SM about that two weeks ago He said don’t worry they’re never right
I honestly thought maybe it had to do with them calculating severance if they were doing employee reductions. They still have more stores to close and they’ll probably reduce more staff
MT said that they were going to be big changes in the next 3 to 6 months and operational efficiencies in his news letter.
We shall see
BBB can't do anything right, does this honestly surprise you? My PTO numbers have never been right, always been told to disregard them. This company is a joke, trying to get it together the last minute before we go under. Investing 1-1.5 billion on renovations but can't give us our measly raises? Go read the comments on our FB posts, we are done.
