Anyone else notice that some comments are removed? I can understand if it's just trolling but I noticed that recently a couple comments were removed in regards to the post about minimum wage. Sure there was a jab at some politics but for the most part it remained on the subject. Are we that sensitive? In a forum where a lot of people express discontent for companies they work or worked for?

I've noticed that a post gets deleted if it breaks the site rules, especially if it names people or includes personal information. I didn't realize it at the time but a couple of my replies got deleted probably because of that so I stopped doing it.
Who is able to delete posts? I thought this was an open forum where people could openly share information and opinions. What gives?
Why should this forum be any different from any other social media? Clearly, there is censorship happening. I wonder how long this post will remain before it’s deleted.
