Everyone who gets a lame title at Lowe’s thinks they are on top of the world. Look at the scheduling coordinators they all work from under the desk to get to the top. Place is all favoritism it’s a communist company and very unamerican and Lowe’s does not care that you may have a home life. As long as you full time scum are putting the screw drivers on the shelf’s and kissing customers back sides. I bet the coordinators have a nice schedule that works around their home life. Everyone else that is full time Lowe’s controls your life if your full time. Not worth it anymore just look at the high turn over it’s sad. And is not worth the Covid hush hush money to be forced to work like this!

Not for long.... Supervisor! Karma, you didn't have sympathy for any one on the Centric schedule but now we're all just a family! Now we can whine over Thanksgiving,oh wait we can't only have that day off that week.Guess another time when we get 2 days off in a row....oh wait that's not happening either?

Lowe’s is un American and your just a number if you don’t like it leave. Lowe’s is a revolving door and every time some manager has some dumb bright idea they make changes thinking it’s for the better. But to the employees it’s worse. They couldn’t schedule them selves out of a paper bag these days. They can’t work with the employees on scheduling so employees walk out. I guess it looks good on tax write offs saying Lowe’s hired thousands of employees for tax breaks. But 75% walk out because the schedule is so crazy. Walmart is increasing their pay structure to a livable wage.
xtu+19uMIDg7- not really I think your mis informed! Why did my buddy not get an interview on weekends or after he got done with his shift at his current position. He couldn’t make it to Lowe’s before 5 was told no one would be here to interview. Also the same answer was for weekends as well. He got frustrated and said the heck with Lowe’s. To have to give up his home life to work for a place with Un American days off and hours for a corporate greedy company. He tried calling to schedule a reasonable interview time that suits his needs. Lowe’s didn’t care they had him scheduled at a time he never agreed too. He wasn’t employed there and they were already setting times for interview without talking to him and dictating his life. They were already taking away his freedom of choice before he was on the payroll. They said that’s all they have. But he currently works. This place is a joke! Must have some good work going on under the desk!
Wow you pissy much?? The "Scheduling Coordinators" actually work just as hard as anyone in the stores. Their responsibilities go above and beyond just schedules. Most of the "Scheduling Coordinators" have to shift their days around others schedules just to get people hired. I'm also sure you had every opportunity to apply for their job when it was available. Move on out of retail if you aren't happy. It's like this at all retail corporations.
Department supervisors should be on the same random schedule as any other full time hourly associate.
