I don't think this raise will translate into higher wages at Belk. Maybe it will help push the company but I doubt it because in their heart, Belk "leadership", they don't care about their workers. Never have, never will. Their idea of rewards was a sad pizza party (hope you like pepperoni or cheese, no drinks btw).

Did you at least have paper plates for the bountiful feast. I recall having to use coffee filters to have for one of our birthday cakes. When someone served me I threw it away . Really???
