Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Experience with T-Mobile Hr

I am in need of some serious help with a store I work at and am wondering if anyone has had experience in dealing with reporting issues to hr when your work environment is pure hell because of a manager and it is a corporate location. and retaliation because I reported her back in June July. I am seeking help and trying to see if it is worth contacting hr or someone higher than hr or keep observing and then take legal action.

Human Resources is not what it once was. It is guided by the bottom line. I would get legal advice since there is a whistle blower policy that appears to be violated. Just make sure you are documenting FACTS. No feelings or opinions of how you feel. If you have not been documenting, you are far behind and need to Recall all the facts. Example On July x said manager created a hostile work environment by telling me I better slam sales in order to achieve my goals or I will be fired. I guarantee the manager is documenting in workday so you better understand the process. Lawyers and the courts will be asking you for Facts. HR will not help you. They are robots at the mercy of the bottom line of the company. If management overrules them, then they are overruled. They do not make decisions, they guide to try to keep mgmt out of court. They do not protect the employee unless it is egregious like s-xual harassment. Just my opinion as I watched it evolve over the years. Good luck and that’s a shame in my opinion.

This is not the forum to seek this type of critical advice from strangers. I have been through this too. The only advice I sought was legal advice from an actual licensed attorney in my State. Many offer free consultations. All the best.

HR exists to protect company investments. You will get to spin your wheels and get on several conference calls with HR and your boss’ direct report. In the end nothing will be done, and you’ll be left to decide how to handle it in your own.
