It’s sad when you learn things about what affects you on the news first rather than from the company itself. That happens a lot with Walmart.
Self checkout associates do a lot in saving Walmart merchandise from stealing and dealing with customers directly in critical Covid-19 situations! Why they are never considered for raises? Very unjust and unfair!!!
If they wanna give digital a raise... Why the hell ain't garden center getting the raise since we're under digital, as well... We do more work than they do, and breaking our backs... They just walk around getting sh–, and loading it in a vechile... As to us we have to load heavy a– grills, stones, etc... I've had to go back there, and they just stand around goofing off... Honestly, they need to include hazard pay for the ones that operate ple stuff especially the forklift with id–ts out in the parking lots speeding, and not paying attention... Plus we have to stock our own stuff... 22 cent raise is complete b—s—... Why should people coming in make the same as the people who has been there longer, and the people they hire is trash, or doesn't last long
Ok what about the front end? Cashiers Service Desk. We have to deal the most with customers and always get forgotten about.
