Curious how employees at other stores are feeling about it.

What system is this? We are still using a binder with paper schedules. Time clock is new but schedules are still not online....

I’ve used this system at other works places. It auto writes you up for being late by a min. Be careful!

Ours are not working yet. When are we all going to be using it? Do the managers put the schedules in?

In our store it's not giving employees the hours/days they have been working for years. It s—s to not be able to see who your working with. It's not scheduling employees to start until 15 minutes before we open when we used to have openers come in at least 2-3 hours before we opened. The store that tested it said it wasn't good but corporate said well to bad that's what we're using. So far I have heard nothing but bad from it.

I think employees like that they can see their schedule in advance instead of waiting for managers to find time to write the schedule - always at the last minute it seems. Requesting time off is easy. Seeing open shifts is cool too - can pick up shifts in other departments as well. Once the kinks are worked out it'll be fine...
