Should be a fun kickoff town hall celebration this week! Will get to hear how much money we all made Tommy, Glenn, and Dan as well as the rest of upper management. I'm sure they will smile and laugh at all the layoffs and how it benefits us all at allstate

Layoffs are a result of poor Leadership. AN is filled with poor leaders that are hanging out until retirement without any real motivation to make a profit. Still a good Ole boys club.
