Current first aid & recordables are on pace to double. 2020 numbers. If you don’t think bonus, pay increase & continued contractor pay cuts are making an impact you are crazy. Don’t see things getting better anytime soon, morale offshore is at an all time low.

Here's a morale booster: If you don't do better to improve the safety record, many people are at risk of losing their jobs. It's easier to ask for a raise if work's being done efficiently. Btw, go talk to your manager about it. No one on this board can help you.
