- 8 layoffs coming to my department.

Yup, a great company. 10 billion in profit last year and they plan mass terminations in the middle of a pandemic. I have so much guilt working here. It used to be an American company with ties to off shore. Now it’s an offshore company with ties to America. How many people will unfairly loose their jobs while Pepsi goes through a diversity balancing act. The word was very clear from the top; DO NOT TOUCH MINORITIES !
