Walmart is scaling back on employees. They restructured the department mangers and will be getting more self check outs. We are short staffed. No cashiers come in until 10: 30-11: 00 daily. Very stressful not enough help and overworked. Doing multiple jobs per day. Management is awful don’t value employees. Also customer’s complaining and screaming everyday because no open lanes. Grass is not greener at Walmart that’s for sure. It’s getting worse and worse by the minute. Have been there 10 years. Now they will be doing new scheduling in the coming months and it sounds like it’s going to be a disaster. Just when you think it can’t get worse there it does.
