I’ve been trying to decide if I want to remain with the company until I am let go, or if I should find another job then jump ship. I know there are a lot of people who dislike the company and I get that. I’m just thinking about what’s best for me. Anyone else undecided on what to do with your future here?

A lot of factors to consider. Do what’s best for you.
Many have said the expected compensation isn’t going to be very high this next go round of layoffs. Last one was 6 weeks of comp. best packages will be saved for senior vp’s, etc.
Plans? Yeah i got plans. A bigger offer comes along and I take the bait. You gotta better plan?
OP, your decision is exclusive to your own needs, ie, age, current position, education. Belk or Bust could be in a different personal situation than yours. He/she is gauging their individual future and is realistically deciding so based on current environment of most retailers. Belk’s situation is not an anomaly.
Sorry, I don’t understand your logic
I'm actively job hunting. If something better comes up I'll take it. I'm not leaving to go to another struggling retailer though.
