Pepsico needs to cut heads via voluntary early retirements like Coke did to increase shareholder value that keeps going down.

Stock down about 12% this year so far. Stockholders need to see something.
I don't understand why pepsico has not increased shareholder value by incorporating voluntary early retirements.
Will the lay offs finally begin for Beverages ? I’m hoping to get a package while applying elsewhere. Let us go soon.

As a past recipient of the "PepsiCo" CHOP, I am thinking and praying for those remaining. Know there IS Life after PepsiCo and That PepsiCo is the exception and not the norm in how Good Companies treat their employees. I thought it was the end of the world but what I did find it was the beginning of a new (and better) chapter for me. You people deserve the best you can get. :)
