"Team Xerox" is more like the "Hunger Games" now.

Somewhat, given the low morale ,declining revenue and benefit reductions.

It depends on the team you're on. If you were able to move to Raleigh NC, then yes, you work hard with your colocated colleagues. If you're one of the unfortunate ones who couldn't move then you're not part of the team. Instead, you're waiting to be kicked to the unemployment line, have already landed there or are preoccupied with looking for a new job in the middle of the highest unemployment in history in the middle of a pandemic. Each week I hear of a new story where the the ONLY person in the company who had any knowledge of IT functions in critical, revenue producing systems was laid off. When a problem arises there is no one available to resolve the issue. Third party IT support vendors are mostly operating at the superficial help desk level. They do not have the skills or training to troubleshoot system errors that require deep knowledge of system internals. Remember, our corporate leadership team is not here to make our company run efficiently, support customers, re-invent itself or even try to improve sales. They here to sell Xerox and cash out with as much money as possible. The fall of Xerox will be precipitous.

Yes, I still believe that my fellow workers view each as a customer. We are trying to pull together but due to the layoffs and outsourcing things are terribly disjointed.
Basic requests today take endless time and have caused mistakes and delays throughout
parts, supplies, billing and service.
