For those following along at home - we had another IT reorg. Wow it even had a org chart that covered 2 or maybe 3 levels of the same people (you know who I am talking about). And something about fusion Asian dishes or something fusion anyway? So now we are back to the way we were before current leaders came from Aetna (there's a classy outfit for sure). Sure feels like a validation of that we had it right the first time.
Follow-up from anyone after that email and 1 page chart? Zero, zilch, nada. I guess that we are all just waiting for the next reorg. And yet the retirements continue, and the leaking of the best resources continues. That s—ing sound is the brain drain reaching past critical. Time to find some grit and make some actual smart business decisions. A waste of time and talent.
