None of y’all ain’t going nowhere! You will accept what Frontier will give and wake up and go to work as if nothing. You’ll restructure your budget , pull some money from your 401k and live with that mindset that at least I have a job!

You are thinking about Knight Enterprises. They are the contractor that does installs and repairs for Spectrum. They are pretty good and you are right in that they would save Frontier a lot of money. They would be more productive and cheaper than using our techs. They essentially get paid per job. That would be the better route.
Union is in shambles at this point. The company is hemorrhaging money to pay unskilled and lazy labor costs. The answers are quite obvious, it doesnt matter if you agree. Keep paying those dues!
Frontier could easily fix this problem by using contractors for techs. Spectrum does it and it will save our company a lot of money. The company can then give us a good contract where we make good money, but the techs are like an anchor around the neck of Frontier. Just sayin.
