Okay, what's the latest production printer I should research?
Canon tech is outrageously amazing. Nothing else comes close. Basically what happens when you take a pass on race to the bottom.
It matters because they are less expensive than Xerox and I haven't placed a service call on my Cannon MFD in the 2 years that I've had it. Once we had an issue with scan to email but it turned out to be a bad port on our end. It does f*ckin' matter. If they're going to send all decent jobs to other countries and micro-manage the techs. It matters.
