The 'One Boat, One Team' really k–led me with laughter before I signed off and left to a better job, better pay in a growing industry with a 4 day week. Its the sort of silly speak you hear when the captain knows the ship is sinking and all hope is lost. You know, in the movies, you don't hear 'all hands on deck' when its smooth sailings.... The RELIEF of leaving that moribund t–d pile... God, believe it not, your skills aren't defined by what you apply them to. I thought I was done because I was an analyst for printers, it turns out dealing with people and tech is pretty much in demand in startups and elsewhere. Have a look is all I'm saying... and soon enough, like me, you may find yourself much happier and encouraging people here to do the same! :)

Miss the good old days of Ursula Burns com. meetings. Her nonsensical mutterings and self importance only served to unite the employees against her and provided a good laugh. Todays management provides us with a deep dread of what’s just around the corner.
A Xerox communication meeting ....need I say more...
Well Management tells us we are a Tech Powerhouse so they must know what they are doing. Company running like a well oiled competitive machine. Employees and customers happy clams. Good times are here just as soon as layoffs, outsourcing and sell offs are complete. Please pass the mustard.
