To anyone that's spent decades with this company or who stayed because bills were piling up or they felt like they had no place to go, I'm sorry that you weren't taken better care of or treated with more decency. Regardless of what happens to this company, you will be okay. I just wanted to post something for the individuals that are worried about what's next. Know this...As soon as your head leaves that pillow, you have everything you need.

I am not in management- I was laid off some time in 2019 because of restructures. I was where many are now. This is what I wish to have heard .
