Please be aware if your posting on this site from an Emerson computer, IT has the ability to be notified of the posting and what computer it came from. It was just shown to me. Scary! Please don’t stop posting but do it from your own device on a non Emerson Network. BTW, your box gets a report on all your company computer usage and pushes yoh visit.
You didn't realize that everything you do from a company computer or phone can be tracked by IT? Wow. You should read up on the Sony hack by North Korea. And how North Korea attacked Sony employees and not Sony itself.

It's concerning that HR could have used that as an opportunity to have a constructive conversation about your possible concerns and maybe help move the dialog forward but instead are using it as an opportunity to quit people.

Same goes for all other pages you visit or comment on. Anything you do from a company’s device (and on a company’s dime) is theirs to be checked. Can’t believe you needed a visit from a HR to realize that. Use your personal cell for everything personal.
