I for one have been hoping to get RA'd for years. For many of us we need the shove to get moving past this nightmare experience.
How is this new??? Been going through this since the early 90's. I started in the late 80's and been through it feels like 478 RA's. Dodged them all so far but I know my number is coming up too! Just be prepared (up to date resume, etc..) if you need to keep working! Good Luck!!

The level of concern, though, is notably higher at some other firms, including IBM and Walmart.
