Why are they not terminating the employees they have had on furlough for almost 1 year ? Is it because they don’t want to offer severance or is it in someway a requirement of a PPP loan....
Regardless their lack of communication to furloughed employees is deplorable... Perhaps all furloughed employees should come together in a class action!?!
They already have to deal with the Teamsters in Boston— oops, you’re not supposed to know about that!! The documentation on the lawsuit is easily accessible on the internet .
Google search some of Meehan’s comments on this , such as the “ we will find who did this !”
At the first sign of trouble they ”furloughed” (aka fired) 80% of the company. Hopefully the employees unionize and give them that wonderful gift.
