The new chopping block catch phrase. Now that all the rule 70 people have been sent to pasture, the directive for the next wave of cleansing is to balance diversity. SLT have set very aggressive and very public expectations for a diverse employee base. So look around you. If you happen to be in a majority you are a prime target.

This company is morphing into a typical “woke culture” liberal dominated entity. Look at what they did to Aunt Jemima - established century plus old household name brand with strong sales. But because they are buying into this woke garbage - they caved and the replacement looks like a store brand generic. Stock price tanked following this id–t decision which will no doubt be compensated for by further cuts.

For the SLT where is the diversity they love to preach about ? Where are the Latinos ? The Native Americans ? The disabled / handicapped ? Asian is too broad, it needs to ethnically categorized as Japanese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese etc etc....the SLT needs to step up and start walking the talk

This implies you no longer hire, or promote the best available candidates. Education, experience, qualifications, resumes no longer mean anything. It simply depends now on your race, your gender, or special interest groups. If you are non-white or not a male, you have an automatic advantage. Great way to run a competitive for profit business.

They need to start with the SLT. I just looked an the SLT is comprised of:

18 white males
6 white females
1 Indian male
1 Asian male
1 Black male
