Why is Belk extending hours again when they don’t have the payroll to pay people for the hours they are open presently???

And now sending people home early !
Electric Avenue extended their hours during the final weeks of their own existence. Doors wide open with fixtures being stripped, picked clean, dismantled and sold. All items cash only. Even the carpets were pulled up.

Doesn't make any sense with the lack of in store traffic. Smoke and mirrors at this point. Hope i'm wrong but....
So that they seem to appear to be doing well enough to extend hours when we all know and see them struggling daily.
This is f—ing insane. I have no words.
