Although this is also a sales pitch from Net(net), there is a lot of painful truth in that article about IBM's death spiral. Well worth the read for any of IBM's current or potential customers, employees, competitors, and especially IBM management.
My summary of this article: IBM is chum in the water and the sharks are swirling, and Net(Net) is one of those sharks.
IBM is a dinosaur. All hail Google, Amazon, Microsoft!
