How much notice are we supposed to get if a schedule is changed? Our new front end coach changes schedules daily and doesn’t even tell associates. Some are getting points because schedule is being changed and no notice given also less then 24 hour notice of schedule change.

My hours have been cut so so bad... I had 0 hours the first week of the fiscal year...and then I had 0 hours the third week but I happened to look at my schedule and fortunately I was added to the schedule.... but suppose I didn’t check the schedule I would have gotten attendance points if I didn’t come into work..... I don’t know what is going on
They changed my store's schedule yesterday for associates. When I came in I still had 40 hours yesterday but this morning I was showing 38 hours and they cut me an hour yesterday and others came in at 2 and found out few hours later that they changed their schedule til 3 like wth you changed their hours while they were on the clock for that shift and didn't tell anyone.
What program? And how do?
In 2 weeks, it will get worse under new programs for everyone!
