The executives love to harp about "social justice" in all of their meetings. They spew out all of the standard politically correct verbiage, like programmed NPCs from video games. Well, one popular area of social justice they won't touch is the call for a $15 minimum wage. Sure, it's debatable if that is a good idea; but the point is, they aren't really interested in improving the lives of their employees if it costs any money.
They love to be woke, because it costs them nothing to talk about and it makes them look good. When was the last time you heard them talk about giving you better wages or benefits? They don't talk about those things, instead they continue to chip away at pay and benefits every year, while virtue signalling in an attempt to hide their sociopathy.
