Oh no, the actual terms are 120 days. Customers never agreed to 120, but not that it matters since we usually pay out 1-2 years later anyway.

Forgive my ignorance but net 730 payment terms = 2 years correct? RM’s , Intermediates supplied to Chemicals ( get its name right!) and the supplier paid 2 years later? I know DSO’s on the customer side arę never peachy, but who is still prepared to deal with us on those terms and with those nuts, small that they arę?

Chemicals on a net 730 payment terms with suppliers. They ask management to then go to the suppliers and request an extra 10% discount only so that the supplier can shoe them in the nuts.
