Ironic that this Forum is more Transparent than Nordy HR

Wouldn’t you agree? There is more truth and transparency in this chat, than from your leaders and HR coodinators. They already know what is about to happen, and who will be chopped. Tisk, Tisk. Where is the “use good judgment” and being “honest and ethical” found in those practices? My heart goes out to those who will be affected, but, you should’ve made plans after the first round of slaughters.

Look for time on your director or VP, and you will find they are very busy next week. Check with their admins. I know as I have meetings on my calendar :)

My proof is found in the remaining VPs that have been ranking their store managers by merit and ability in order to phase out the low hanging fruit that will be cut.

In what world would a damnfool employee of a large company think they're entitled to know their separation date before the 60 day WARN window? That's just an excuse for people to do things like slack off, crash the whole IT system, or go postal. These kinds of things happen with some regularity. There's a reason that people are escorted out by security on judgment day.
