Everything just keeps keeping worse for the company. Sales could not be worse and they've cut hours to the max. I've been using the time to look for a real job. What is everyone else doing?

That review on Trust Pilot about not taking back a B/N online order is typical. They are supposed to take it back as long as it is within the return period. The stores don't want to be held responsible for the website's screw ups and vice versa.
How the hell are they still open? I don't know anyone who buys anything there. The prices are way too high and the service has gotten really bad.
