I think it would be much more productive to look for solutions and share useful tips on job hunting than to be constantly complaining. I know, I’m also annoyed and frustrated by everything that’s going on, but too much complaining just isn’t helpful.
I’ve noticed from colleagues I work with, and here on the forum, that those who constantly complain think that Macy is the only company with a terrible culture and layoffs.
