CONOCOPHILLIPS has lured all the good workers from good companies and once the plant is setup and running(after draining all the juice from these employees) these employees are laid off. HARD WORK at ConocoPhillips doesnt make you avoid layoff, what can save you is licking bosses A$$ only. Thats the problem here.
