Does anyone else stores like this? Is it company wide and why are we staying 2 hrs past closing the stores for the last 8 months or more?

Our managers like to leave early when there is still work to be done.
They go by there own rules, CDC states 15 minutes of being in contact with covid, Lowes states 30 minutes
Absolutely not at my store. Most departments scheduled to closing only and not a minute more. COVID related cleaning practically non-existent for most of the last quarter in large part due to massive staffing cuts.
In my store we schedule everyone 2 hours after we close, like the previous poster said it’s supposed to be for cleaning but it’s just used for zoning.
We close an hour earlier than normal, the extra hour supposedly for cleaning and sanitizing the store but we’ve also used it to do pack downs in areas with high IRPs.
