In regards to race, I thought the opposite was true at least at some locations, but you are 100% correct about age. If you do hit a management-level position before turning 30, you're done. I felt weight was irrelevant though, one was our store managers was a heavyset black woman.
This evil of this company is manifesting into their day of reckoning. The titanic is sinking, count yourself as fortune to escape on a life raft. The only color this company ever cared for is Green. Seeing so much red must be unbearable. Le Sigh
