It feels like everybody has given up

It's like no effort is being made at the top to improve the situation. As if everybody has accepted that this is the way things are and we're slowly moving towards the end of the line, so we might as well accept that this is it. It shouldn't be this way. We need leadership that'll actually do something to save this company. Too many people's livelihoods depend on this place to just give up. This makes me both sad and mad...

Save your emotions and apply them towards updating your linked in profile. The next round of layoffs will NOT pay severance unless you’re an executive. Find a life raft and get off of this titanic before it splits in two and sinks. Nordstrom is an urban legend and a nostalgic shell of itself.

Well it doesn’t help in there “Closer to you” plan they basically admitted the death of FLX is near and Rack and .com will become the company.
