Don't you get it, all we are to the ns is disposable. Getting someone to transfer is cheaper for them than a new person.
Unless your in transportation then take it but the mechanical side of NS this year will fall to out sourcing and mechanical shop sell offs and buy outs. The march to Texas is on!
