You will need to take PTO from now on if you are sick.

Sick Leave. Wow. take the Advantage!! Wow. Is good for Lier. Take 3 months to do surgery. Come back 3 months and took another 3 months. Really have this kind people in Macys ( private brand area) Ha Ha Ha. This is fair to hard wording worker.

Washington state & Oregon mandate 40 hours of sick leave/ year so those employees who work in these states didn’t lose anything.
It wasn't cancelled, just split up between PTO and sick pay, same as last year just two categories instead of one. The only problem is that only you have to go to your leader to use the sick hours.
Let's face it, if one person at this dead company gets sick, that entire store will have to shut down - there are times when we only have 3 people working total!
Unless you're in a state such as NJ that mandates 40 hours of sick-time for the worker yearly.
Here in TX thats the way it has always been & I've worked for M for a decade. No biggie.
