That is if the Sunnyvale property can be sold off. Ask management how much of the firesale money will be spent on innovation and how much will fund executive bonuses. We already know it won't be spent on retaining employees.

With a ton of people likely opting for permanent wfh (things are slowly moving in that direction), seriously, what's the point (or reasoning) around maintaining expensive real estate?
more likely to be used for dividends and share buybacks...
