Someone mentioned below it was important to do this as Ray Jay does not pay our fee's any longer..I think that's how read it. I was on the principal site this week and sold my ray jay stock.

I've decided to leave mine at Principal for now since my balance is high enough that I won't get charged a fee until I take money out.
Roll it over to your new employer's 401k once you land. Don't be in a hurry to roll it to an IRA as that's a one way road. You can never go back IRA->401(k)
