Any guesses on when/how vcip gets reported this year? What % do you think it comes out to?

I would say 140%. Split that and u get 7%.
Word is that the percentage is going to be pretty high this year even considering losses we did fairly well against our peer groups. I’ve heard 180%...
Do you even work at COP? Ryan announced in recent email when it will be announced, and in an email early last about how the new 50/50 split is.

Each employee will contribute 7% of their salary toward the VCIP for the ELT and Uncle Ryan.
Maybe they will factor in the 722 million dollar loss in the 4'th qtr. and people will just be happy that they are still employed.
