This plan has been an absolute. I'm sorry Doug isn't letting you in on it but its for the best being in a management position isn't easy. This 200+ is just the next but we strong will survive the week. CHK will retain under 275 employees after restructuring is finalized my only suggestion is claw for your position with us. We are weeding out those weak and simply dead weight. When 1 can do the work of 20 you see where this ends for the 19.

lol implying it's "weak" to get ousted from the corporate environment because you didn't toss aside your dignity to step in line and eliminate "no" from your vocabulary.
An argument can be made for the opposite. Anyone remaining will probably be the spineless cowards who replace the bandages on their knees several times a day between meetings with their supervisor.
"Judging from the numerous grammatical errors in the post, I don’t think this person is in management."
It's obvious you never had the Supervisors I've had. Very few of them could write well, several could barely read and write.
CHK has been little more than a big High School since the late 1990's. Talent and hard work get you laid off at CHK. Always has. Knowing Mr. Kissinbum up top is the only way to job security.

Is anyone over 40 not in management going to be left working there?
This is not a joke, because mental illness is real and not something to joke about. I’m very worried about the original poster. Sir/ma’am please seek medical advice. Your use of “we”, like you have decision making power, when you don’t. I know this because you would be fired on the spot by any of the executives for making this post. Secondly, you think you can do the work of 20 great employees. This is truly a sign of Narcissistic behavior. Please seek help.
what id–t started this thread?? I don't even know what point they are trying to make??
Hopefully some dead weight in the security group gets weeded out.
